Private Venue Hire
The Boathouse is the ideal venue for birthday parties, weddings and special events. Available to hire to members and non-members, the Boathouse can accommodate up to 90 guests formally seated, or 120 guests for a party.
The room hire includes:
- A fully-stocked bar
- Free Parking
- Professionally equipped kitchen (small extra charge)
- Table cloths, crockery and cutlery
- Support and guidance in arranging your event including room layouts, lists of suppliers for catering, flowers and music.
Corporate Venue Hire
As well as a function room for larger meetings and corporate events, The Boathouse offers a smaller meeting room facility. The meeting room holds 8 to 10 people comfortably and is available to hire by the hour, with discounts for full-day hire. The meeting room has a large TV monitor for computer presentations using an HDMI cable and has plenty of powerpoints in its board table. Perfect for board meetings, training days, meeting clients and team building events.
The corporate venue hire includes:

- Flipchart
- Wall-mounted screen
- Wifi
- Fully equipped kitchen facilities (small extra charge)
- Optional access to the function room, including a fully stocked bar
- Optional access to additional team-building activities, such as tennis or squash tuition and mini tournaments.
